Libin Abraham

Date of graduation:
Sep 2012
PhD supervisor:
Prof. Dr. Oliver T. Fackler
Position after graduation:
Postdoc, The University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada

Field of interest:

I am interested in Immunological Synapse (IS), the interface between Antigen Presenting Cell (APC) and Lymphocyte. Nef protein of HIV interefere with immunological synapse formation, however the molecular mechanism and functional consequences are unclear.
The key focus of my study is to conduct a quantitative and time resolved analysis of HIV Nef at IS.
